Hi guys Just put a set of tapered tors on my speedy do I have to remap and mess about with injection system? ? Thanks in advance.
Hi cj , no need to do anything, your bike will self adjust to the new pipes over the next few starts/runs, as you have done little to upset the bikes state of tune a remapping isn't necessary, unless it doesn't run well in future ! Just enjoy the ride here in the forum as well as the ride on the road, as others will say "meds are coming shortly" nursie is very efficient as well as a friendly sort !
Depends what year. Later bikes - do nothing, early one's maybe. IIRC - 2011 onwards are already got a universal map, and as Capt says, just run it. But in all probablity , do nothing, fit & ride and enjoy that glorious noise.
