    Hello all,

    I’m rebuilding a 64” T120.

Just about to embark on the engine.

Would anyone like to give advice on a parts list needed for a complete rebuild on the engine.

I’ve rebuilt many 4T motocross engines but this will be my first triumph.

The other thing I wondered if anyone can help with is sourcing a rear frame loop? Mine is damaged beyond repair.

I’ll keep you all up to date with the process.

    cheers

The simplest method is to make a list as you inspect while taking it apart. You're always going to need gaskets, tab washers and oil seals, but again, it's worth inspecting everything such as gudgeon pins and big end shells before anything is ordered.
You'll be needing some special tools to get it all apart but you may already have those.
Look at everything, compare with specs and order as required.
Don't fall for cheap spares, it'll cost you more in the long run.
Try to order as you need for the rebuild so you're not waiting on a washer turning up so you can carry on with the work when you want to.
Most of all, enjoy and take your time.
