Let me guess, Bergevik Brygge at the mouth of famous Lysefjord with the even more famous Pulpit Rock? If so, is the ferry service still operative or did you go through the world's longest subsea tunnel?
You are absolutely right, at the Joker store. Ferry was closed, so it was back and forth through the tunnel
My mates always telling me to go North(I usually go South, bit warmer)but maybe I should give it a go.
Hello @Nicholaj ! This is a very beautiful scenery... My cousin Markus lived in Hauge, near Egersund for more than 15 years and he still dreams of going back! Enjoy
Norway is fantastic when it comes to bike holidays. Did a trip last year and the twisty roads and fantastic scenery is absolutely amazing. Will most definitely come back for another tour. I think there are cargoships that goes to a few places in the UK that takes bikers along if anyone from the UK want to take a shortcut to Norway. Was looking into it when trying to find a shortcut to the UK a few years ago.
Absolutely, it’s worth it, and not too cold in the summer. Just let me know, and I will help you out with suggestions to where to go
Thanks, it absolutely is. I’m lucky to have this on my doorstep. Where did you go? Just let me know if you ever need suggestions to trips in Norway
No, but IF you get caught you will have to pay for it. I promised myself to keep a good somewhat legal pace in Norway but it didn't last long (roads are good). Flew by a big statue in the shape of a chrome moose/elk with an unmarked policecar next to it. Got chased down. The whole crowd ended up with a £1000 fine each. Not an optimal start of the holiday but I'm actually greatfull, the policeguys were good (and also bikers) and the £1000 was a bit of a bargain to be fair.
