Hello again, I don't want to teach you guys how to suck eggs as I know there is a lot of knowledge amongst you all about Triumphs. World of Triumph sell genuine Triumph spares, a chain and sprocket kit from them £165 + postage. Triumph Laguna same set £99.00 genuine Triumph spares, don't know how that works but I bought it. I compared several other OEM parts and Triumph Laguna where a lot cheaper. Sorry I expect you already know this, but just in case anyone don't , its useful info I think. mallywoods
World of Triumph are good as they have most parts in stock, but you do pay the premium (rip off ) price. Also worth checking out are Fowlers https://www.fowlersparts.co.uk/ and Wemoto https://www.wemoto.com/ both are often 20-30% cheaper than WOT but you might have to wait a week or two for parts, as they do not hold as much in stock as WOT. A couple of Triumph dealers with eBay shops that I have previously used and been pleased with are: Staffs Triumph: https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/staffordshiretriumph Bevan Motorcycles: https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/bevanmotorcycles95 Total Triumph: http://www.ebaystores.co.uk/TheTotalTriumph
Last year i was riding down that way and got a puncture and so did my hubby on his at the same time. Phoned loads of places to try to get replacements as we had to come back up north the following day. Got hold of Laguna at around 3 pm on that Saturday. They had two tyres and said they could fit them. RAC plugged them at the side of the road for us. Got to Laguna for about 4:30 and they had a michelin road 5 which We put on mine and a pirelli super corsa on hubbys. They squeezed us in, worked overtime to do both tyres for us and it cost us £400. It was pouring with rain and we dripped all over their nice showroom floor, which they dutifully mopped up. Well impressed with them. If I lived local, I would use them.
That's really good hear. Were not all bad in this world. Like hearing these stories on helpfulness, makes the world go around.
