Hi . Having sold my gen 1 RSV ( due to my back not liking it) i am currently toying with the idea of a early street r . I don't need mega too speed , but still feel the need for a decent 0-80 . Wondering if it street will keep me happy ? O and hi all .
Hi, I'd try a few others whilst your at it. I have a Tuono, so not so bad for the back, but a bugger at slow speeds and commuting. I now have a Speed Triple, and absolutely love it. I also tried a Tiger Sport whilst the Aprilia had an MOT, and was blown away with how comfy it was and how it handled. So I now want to try a Tiger 800 XR, and if I like it will sell the Tuono, and use the Tiger for rides to work and the Speed for weekend blasts.
Hello, to throw in another interesting bike: I once drove an MV Agusta Brutale 675. The sound is great; performance thrilling. The old seat literally a pain in the ass, but the new seat is better. No back-problems. I felt that the sitting position was a little less 'forward' oriented. Like it is on the new Speedy (a dream). Anyway, this just for comparison: I guess, any Speedy is always a good deal, a great bike and also more practical maintenance-wise. Welcome in! Daniel
