Stepped Tick Over.

Have now done 1,000 miles on my T100 Black and it has had its first service. I have noticed that when at idle it is at 1,000 rpm, if you "blip" the throttle following the rise in rpm it falls back to 12/13,000 rpm then slowly decays back to 1,000 rpm. Is this a "characteristic" or an issue.

I would say it's normal, unless it takes longer than, say, 10-20 seconds.
