Starter Power Mod

Recently completed the most excellent DEcosse starter power mod on my Daytona 955i with good results. I'd estimate the bike now cranks ~40% faster than before.

I have done one better, I relocated my battery to Immediately in front of the starter motor (Bonneville America) and put the starter relay there too ! also used better (hi Copper) wires to starter motor and earth, Add a Lithium Battery to the mix and my Bike cranks at close to twice normal speeds. Also done the Rectifier wiring modification !

 

I'd say that's at least two better!!
