I jumped the gun a bit with my new to me speed twin I bought the bike without seeing it hopefully pick it up next week I purchased a tail tidy from tec bike parts I now realise the previous owner had already fitted one. they cost £61 delivered if any one wants it they can have it for £40 delivered paypal gift its still in the box unwrapped.
Second hand speed twin, how did you manage that? I have just bought one from tec bike parts last week, otherwise i’d have had it off you. Did you get the twin from a dealer? Hoping to get my new speed twin next week from Total Triumph, told it will be with them on Tuesday - I can’t wait..... Happy riding
yes got it from total triumph went in last week to buy a new one was told 2 to 3 month waiting list he then said we got a used one coming in 300 miles with a 2 into 1 on it and I get the original pipes as well deal done.
not a lot to be honest I got it for the basic price but it comes with the silver/black paint and £500 of extras not counting the exhaust. what I dont understand is how triumph can launch a bike and then dont have any to sell. plus I wanted the bike now not at the beginning of winter.
Triumph aren’t the only ones who do this, the new BMW S1000RR still isn’t available to new owners who’ve had a deposit down for months
