I’ve done 1500 miles now and I seem to be having problems with gear changes.
Some changes are smooth as silk then the next change is an awful mechanical clunk!
This is happening on every ride and seems to be getting worse,it’s happening on both up and down changes.
Anyone else experience this with the Speed Twin?

I would check the linkages to see they are all tight. Mine sheared off on my speed twin. If it is not that I would get it back to the dealers for a review and hopefully a warranty claim.

When you change up, try putting a little pressure on the lever before pulling the clutch. Your shift should be quick and smooth. If not, I'd go for a dealer check.

What Wessa said! Check your linkage. Mine completely came apart on a ride after only a couple hundred miles. No issues since I got it fixed.
