    Hi
Just bought a 2016 speed triple R, love the bike except for the front brakes, first pull touches the grip second pull it firms up which is a bit scary when riding it. I've searched a lot of forums and this seems a common problem on this bike and I have read every possible guess but not found the real issue, I've bled the brakes (x3) new pads pushed the pistons out and re greased tied the lever back overnight, no leaks, so what is going on has anyone ever got to the bottom of this issue? Any advice/answers would be really appreciated
    Cheers

    Hi mate and welcome
Can you get a master cylinder kit for your bike
That could be worth a try :)

    Good point mate
    I presume that it’s got ABS :)
So you might need to take it to a dealer to get the brakes bled properly
There is a thing called dealer tool so that you can do it yourself but I know nothing about it and have never used it

Yeah it's abs, brembo master and calipers. A lot of guys have had the abs bled at a dealer and made no difference, I'm running out of ideas where to look
