really love my speed triple and its not going anywhere but I have always loved the look of these and fancied a bit of laid back cruising so I have just bought this having it delivered Friday week 63439ba382474685b52b0462bb6d4eae.jpg

Very nice. My only issue was with the forward controls. They just seemed weird. I fitted footboards within a couple of weeks and they suited me much better.
Be interested to find out how you get on with them ..

I had a speedmaster loved it. You will adapt easily to the forward controls, no problem. The beach bars will seem strange at first as well, same as the forward controls easy peasey.

Mine is a 2018, bought new, as a leftover, in 2020. At 6' 2" I found the forward controls to be a bit cramped compared to my experience with American cruisers. I added highway bars and affixed pegs to them to give me some stretch on the longer rides. There are tons of things you can do with this fun little bike. Generally, cruisers are for longer distance and relaxation. However, the Speedmaster is a compact enough platform that you can still have some fun in the twisties, beach bars notwithstanding.

Lots of luck with your Speedy.
