Went for a 6 mile walk round the outskirts of the village, then went to the butchers for a nice ham and pease pudding sarnie.

 

It's no fun if it hasn't got an engine and a handlebar.

 

David are those sarnies from the butchers on the main road up from the Colliery Inn.

 

Yep, Philip Young the butcher on Woods terrace, best sarnies and Scotch eggs in the County

 

Thought so David, usually call for a pork dip when Im near.

Mickey at the front is 14yrs and Archie at the back is 4yrs

 

Yeah he's slowed down a fair bit in the last year, usually just take him the one longish walk every day,while Archie needs 3 good walks every day and still wants to play when i get home

Lifes just not fair. On the south coast all we got was a bit of dandruff and that was it. I counted about 10 flakes as it came down. Still soon be Summer

 

Ours - well, actually, the wife's, 'cause I'm a cat person - ("MOSS") at Loch Lomond during our West Highland Way walk last year. Typical of Border Collies, she'd have been delighted to have turned around at the finish and walk all the way back! Her energy belies her 8 years of age and often seems boundless.

It is indeed and the name seemed to have stuck over the years. My Collie loved the mountains in winter.
