    Sitting here cheesed off, had my left elbow joint cleaned out yesterday( arthritis), the sun is out and I cant get out on the bike:( .
    Doc said that I am not to drive the car for 48 hours ( did not say anything about the bike:p).
    If its fine tomorrow I will be out.:)

    I've no pain as such just aching a bit. Can't drink now after a couple of pints I've had enough, maybe a chance to mend me ways as I'm am going on a all inclusive hol in November, I'll be able to drive in the morning. So dillyi ight
