Hi Mate, not sure about all the theorys on the internet from using toothpaste to what not. Just be careful with whatever you decide on to not stain the colour leaving it even worse. I've used leather creams in the the past on vehicles seats where the getting in an out every day left marks. It does help and certainly made it less obvious but on close inspection one could still see marks if they were deep.
