Look on the accessory page, and if its square then I'm pretty sure it does. But it may be an expensive option against a ram mount, see ram-mount.co.uk. Just as an example, I have a Tiger Sport and drilled the headstock nut and bolted a ram ball, then bought the 3" extension and the TomTom fits directly above the handlebar clamp, at the same angle as the clocks.
