    Thanks :), sadly with the recent popularity of classic bikes a whole industry of dodgy parts suppliers and restorers has appeared over time :-( i just hope i can still find the odd bargain to restore as its my way of relaxing lol.

    Back on track this week, managed to get Vaughn to finish pin striping the tank so i can clear coat it now :)

    Amal still use British Standard threads and BSP is British Standard Pipe :) British bikes are very confusing to say the least as you can have a huge mix of thread types on certain years. Even i get confused after 50 odd years

    Well that Su's bike finished, fitted the re chromed bars and timing cover today along with the cables and its ready to go, its been a great 4 months of fun rebuilding it for her. I will have to look out for another project now :)
