newbie question... Has anyone fitted a Norman Hyde footrest relocation kit to a 2014 speedy ? I just wondered what difference it makes. Second question does anyone else make a similar kit Cheers Tony
I fitted a NH relocation kit to my 2005 Speedmaster. Original thread here....... http://www.thetriumphforum.co.uk/threads/fitted-footpeg-relocation-kit-to-my-speedmaster…….5666/ As far as I'm aware the newer Speedmasters' factory foot pegs are 1" closer to the rider than they are on the earlier Speedmasters. The NH relocation kit brought the pegs back 4" ...... so I assume the kit for the newer Speedmasters will bring the pegs back 3". As as other manufacturers, there is at least one other manufacturer, but their kits are billet aluminium and and are even more expensive that NH. I was searching eBay almost daily for the kit and eventually got lucky. If you're handy, some people have made their own brackets. PS, there is a seller on eBay who makes relocation kits (certainly for the older models) , do a search on eBay under 'motorcycle parts' Hope this helps!
