Just got this a few weeks ago, Thunderbird 1600 with some added bling. Triumph widebars with extended cables, risers, quick release summer screen, chrome radiator grill and surround, Mustang seats (super comfy), quick release lockable sissy bar and rack, engine bars, Tors exhausts and some other little bits and bobs. Really comfortable laid back riding position with the risers, wide bars and mustang seats. Not quite sure if it's a keeper but the jury's out.
The only other thing I suggest for long cruises, add the Triumph Boards and the heel-toe shifter. Like cruising in your favorite easy chair. My Harley friend was amazed by the performance of this bike.
I already have an America lt which I have shipped over to spain (menorca). Just the right size for sunny days cruisin (some pics on one of my other posts). Fitted a saddleman seat to the america after trying out suffolkbumpkins but must admit the mustangs on this one are great. Have seen something else that I may wish to try (if i can get swmbo to release the purse strings)so this may end up in the for sale section.
Price reduction + pictures of extras. Looks like knee surgery might be in the offing so have to look at moving this on. Price reduced to £6200 ovno, Pictures or original exhausts + heat shields, Chrome rear fender rack/finisher if just using solo saddle, Black swing arm covers(new not fitted), Chrome oil gallery plugs (new not fitted ),Chrome clutch lifter arm (new not fitted) and original cat (not pictured).
