Is there an 'add-on' unit that will turn the rear turn signals into running lights & brake lights as well? I've seen these for years on many other brands but not sure if they will work on the Bonneville. If so any suggestions which ones?

Lazy people. It started with powered tailgates. Then gesture powered tailgates. Keyless entry etc. etc. We're doomed.
