Rear foot pegs

    anyone removed rear foot pegs on a 2016 triple (not sure if 2015 is same)
    The left side exhaust bracket gets in the way of bolt removal, don't want to dive in and damage anything.

    On '15 you need to remove the bolt to the exhaust first to get spanner access to one of the peg bolts. You'll also need a couple of shorter bolts to refit the exhaust bracket to subframe. Otherwise no problems.

    Hmm sound and looks the same, I removed bolt, but exhaust bracket was still in way.
    I could get open end spanner on it, but not a ring spanner.

    Yes, that's all I could get on but get a bit better access with other bolt out the way. Fortunately wasn't too tight.

    Managed to get a quarter drive ratchet and socket on mine once exhaust bolt was removed. Used it to crack it loose, then removed the ratchet and turned the bolt by hand with the socket in place.
