Owned for a few months and worked fine until now. Speed Triple 1050s I have disconnected the battery to add a trickle charger. According to A I, this can reset the bike to none quickshift mode ? I cant find any setting on the dash to turn it back on? Not sure why its not working. Any advice welcome. Cheers
Hello, thanks for that. Think maybe the bike they are talking about possibly is a later year or has a newer dash, Will check again but i didnt see any settings for it. Its still under warranty with lings but thats 4 hrs away.
It was a Lings Triumph dealership warranty, think it only applies to their personal warranty. Just spoke with a bike mechanic on the phone, he seems to think it can be turned back on, on the dash. Said got to press something in and hold. I cant see nothing, hes only around the corner so may let him have a look first. Cant see it being too difficult of an issue to sort out as seen vids where folks fit their own and looks straight forward, bit confused. This was fitted by Triumph. As far as im aware, there is no link to an ECU of anything, just a connector under the tank.
