Just above where you type your message you will see a tool bar, hover your cursor over the icons and most will tell you what they do. Icon fourth from right is insert picture, click on it and it will bring up a box where you can choose to upload a picture from a photo sharing website or direct from your computer hard drive. Once you have the picture you want you can check what it looks like before posting by clicking 'advanced' base of screen and then clicking preview post.
