i think I bought these panniers from Germany and would have to use Generic to describe them. They are made of some kind of rubberised plasticy stuff. They are like saddle bags in that they have straps to go under (Or over?) a bike seat. There is a few clips and buckle type thingys on them but no real provision to fix them to bike racks. I put fitted them on my Ditch Pump with bicycle toe clip straps. Only had ‘em on one day and found it too hard to get on the bike due to being knackered. Anyway, if anyone can use them they are free issue, but, they must be collected. No way will I post ‘em. My house, Birch Services M62, or I would drive 20 miles to meet someone. One of them has a slit (Looks easy repair) on top about 30 mil long. No idea how that got there. Cheers,Ken.
