Last time I was out on CERBERUS the next day there was a little bit of oil on the garage floor
Wasn’t sure if it was engine oil or that stuff that they use on the bike when it’s in transit
I wiped the left side of the engine down and thought I’d keep an eye on it :)
Went to Newcastle Triumph on Wednesday to do the test ride and deal on the Tiger :) a round trip of less than 20miles :)
Been in the garage today checking the bike over before I hand it back tomorrow and left side of the engine had oil down the side of it again :(
It’s a bit blurry (sorry) but that bolt at the back has a copper seal washer on it
    I don’t know what it’s for
It’s certainly tight though but because I don’t know what it’s for and I’m getting rid I’m not touching it
I will tell them that I think this is where the oil is coming from
Anyone with one of these Rockets might want to check this
Hopefully this is the only one :) 201419C7-3F7F-4D73-82EF-97CBE49D2F17.jpeg

It's not an oil leak as such. It's just a big beast of a bike marking its territory!

As I dropped the bike off at Newcastle Triumph this morning I told Kevin about the leak and he didn’t even look before saying that it’s the copper washer that’s leaking
He knows about it as they’ve had a few of them leaking from the same place
They’ve ordered a bag of copper washers ready for any other bikes coming in :)
So if you’ve got a new Rocket it’s worth keeping an eye on it :)
