My wife is looking at buying a Nissan Qashqai just wondered if any one had any dealings with the model.

My wife's got a 2017 1.5 dci Tekna. Lots of toys, nice interior finish, extremely good on fuel, only thing I don't like is the electrically assisted steering-not power steering in the true sense of the word. Can be a bit snatchy at low speed. She loves it

One of my sons has a 5 year old diesel model and he's very happy with it. Personally, as they are made by Renault I wouldn't touch one with a barge pole, I wouldn't by any French car. My other son has a Ctroen E4 which I joke about with him but as he leases it, after three years he will just send it back as I reckon it will be more or less worthless by then.

We're on our second one and not had any problems with either. Totally reliable and very comfortable over long journeys including Europe.
Had a diesel manual and petrol automatic. Earlier petrol models were gutless but newer 1300cc ones are good.
