Hi looking at buying the last new graphite speedmaster in the country but with them been discontinued can or should I ask for a bigger discount, with all the bits the total is £9454 price offered £9000 what do you think thanks
Off course you should! tell them you have a budget of £8k then hopefully they will budge a bit on the £9k,maybe not down to £8k but it's worth trying. it's not the best time of year for selling so i would have thought they would be better getting half a loaf than nowt!
Funnily for a bike at the end of it's life, they are still selling quite well !!! I was at the Triumph dealer a couple of months and a guy had just ordered one of the last one's off the line. Salesmans asked me to start mine up, so he could hear how nice the TOR's were, and yes he did order them with his new bike. Could be that that because there is no direct replacement currently available ? Usually you get a bargain when the new model is bigger and better, but with nothing sat there to tempt you away, or due in soon, people buying them up now. Some one else on here trying to get a new America and struggling to get one, he's now looking at nearly new. But the upside is, mine's is depreciating slower !!!
