Our little touring group did NW Scotland earlier in June this year where the mrs got to grips riding her Street Triple. Shot this from the back of my bike, sorry it features a GS but the scenery is just fantastic and the girls do make an appearance at the end.

Not ridden Scotland? its amazing up there

yeah fantastic roads,:) but 20 miles or so past the Kylesku bridge, the roads are not so Amazing,:( single track up to Durness:( then single track half way across the top of Scotland,:(:(:( unless you do it late at night or very early in the morning you will constantly be pulling over for cars..they don't pull over for you!:rolleyes: it would be great on a push bike though(if your fit enough) ..i hope you about turned once you left the layby:cool::cool::cool:

We did make it to Durness, didnt think it was too bad for traffic but we did it before the main holiday season.
The cars generally pulled over for us but there was 6 bikes heading towards them.

maybe that's the secret! mind you it gets even worse from Durness along the top if it was only 10 miles of single track i could handle that, but not being able to get going for what seems like forever is a nightmare

Fantastic place, some years ago now,did a guided tour on royal enfield 500s from Thurso along west coast and across to Dunrobin castle in the east. Kenny our guide took us on some hairy roads/tracks,wouldnt have wanted to do it on bonny but on enfields with straight thro exhausts is was brilliant even in the normal Scottish weather( wet ) best weeks riding ever
