    Hello Triumph people
Just signed up. New to Triumphs, had Ducatis up till now. I've just put a deposit on this beauty..

Just been out for a test ride and was well impressed. That's got to be a good testament considering I'd just stepped off a new Monster 797? Obviously the handling was quite different and slightly down on power but the enjoyment and confidence was there immediately.
It's a 2007 with 10k on the clock, been well looked after I think.

Not at all. I understand perfectly.
We Yorkshiremen are indeed most generous AS LONG AS IT DOESN'T INVOLVE OUR MONEY!!!
(And a few other things that cost money. I'd give examples but we'd be here for weeks! Oh, and cake of course.)

    That'll be Castle Motorcycles then.
Not been in there for many a year. I guess that they are still a Honda dealer - I toyed with the idea of buying a CBR1000 from them at one point, but saw the error of my ways just in time!:cold_sweat:
They've been there for a long time, so they must be doing something right though.:)

Yeah, Castle Honda. Been there for as long as I can remember. They have a good selection of bikes at competitive prices I reckon.
I'm happy with the deal I got and Bob (I think he's the gaffer) was a decent bloke to deal with.

Great weather today for picking up a new bike:)
As promised here are some more pics.
First job was to remove the 'dresser' bars. Although I appreciate their function in life and some people may like them, they're just not for me. They restrict access for cleaning and tinkering so they had to go.
They are available if anyone is interested.
Next job will be some TOR exhausts, it's just not quite loud enough;)
Then a fly screen and I need a grab rail.

Methinks someone has got Bonneville-itis - a strange and uncontrollable urge to spend time and money on a certain species of motorcycleo_O. I just know that I would suffer similarly if I ever had the chance!

Black and yellow?? Feckin' Castleford Tigers supporter!!

Haha, yeah, the little mini's feeling a bit neglected now.
My Mrs pointed out the black and amber colours. I used to follow Cas Tigers, haven't been to a game for quite a few years now though.
