In all fairness I found that for the bonneville it is cheaper to buy brand new from dealer on zero mileage than used on eBay.!!

    Hoi Bodger!

    Welcome.

That's very eyecatching chrome-detailing on your fender, tank and tail. Is that custom made?
It definetely was not on my 900 SE ;)

Sorry for your trouble with the shitheads. Hope, that once they've arrived in hell, they are condemned to take that 10 year hot elevator ride, listening to muzak...

    Hi Winglad,

Its just a chrome edgeing strip that they sell at car accessory shops by the looks
of it. To be honest it was already on the bike when i got her.
but i did fit the ignition relocation plate. ( puts it up by the speedo) i fitted the
small indicators and the rear mudguard eliminator plate. I've got some Tec uprated
front fork springs and rear shocks to fit and a short black front mudgaurd i had for
    xmas;).

Hey, I don't know how to put this, but I found myself looking at the upper pic for quite a while.
The pic has something about it... Hard to put my finger on and for you of course this all must be totally annoying, but to be honest, I saw pics of new objects that were totally shitty composition-wise.
This picture tells a story, albeit a sad one...

Winglad no! you need to read back a few posts.
The clocks were not supplied like that, they have been vandalised. lol

No, I sort of know what you mean looking from a cosmetic and ergonomic aspect, but it could be argued that they are perfectly fit for purpose.
You can buy vehicles with Breitling clocks but you pay big money for them.

Well, I knew it was hard to specify:
I just think, it is a good picture, you know like the one by Kappa of the shot soldier. It is sad but aesthetically goes deeper....
Oh man, you might all think I am bonkers (which I am).
I just did not simply want to give it a 'LIKE'. That would have come around as being sarcastic which in this case I am NOT.

Thanks, but I simply take a pic of my fogged up instruments in my English car; and they have not even been vandalized
(and I mean the metereological fogged up, not the sexual...)

You are just like my dad: whenever I bought something and I am happily yapping away, not even 10 seconds pass, before he found a fault and reports it to me...
    And stops me yapping... :(:(
