    Hello im a newbie here so dont be too hard on me! Im Dean from Manchester area and I passed my bike test in May 2013 (at the ripe old age of 30)... I recently bought a 2011 1050 Speed Triple that i use as a daily. I am quite new to the scene as I have been interested in Ford RS's for many years but found a new love....my bike!
    I hope my stay here will be a pleasant one with any help or info i may need right here

    As for the RS Fords, i have also had a few over the years, starting with a Mk1 Mexico, Mk2 RS2000, Mk3 RS1600i, Mk3 RS Turbo & a Mk4 RS Turbo. Then got into the VW scene with Beetles & camper vans.

    Cheers matey.... Red or Blue?? Haha im an Oldham fan (cough cough 3-2)haha.... although im dismissing last week!!

    Wow that collection there would be a retirement fund now! I was part of thr RS owners club scene for a few years owning Cosworths, RS Turbos etc etc...and attending 100s of shows along the way

    Glad ive got into Bikes tho...just wish id done it at 18

    Hi Dean welcome to the forum, quite a few Speed Triple owners on here including myself although I do hear one or two may be defecting to the dark side! Keep an eye out on the forum there may be some Speed Triple bling for sale.

    Welcome forum.

    Nice looking Speed Triple you have got there (Black is the best colour) just looks like you need to add the fly screen and it will be the business :upyeah:

    Cheers guys! Yes a fly screen is defo gonna be my next purchase.. i think im gonna go for a carbon fibre one, aswell as some other trick bits from Conquest too

    [​IMG] welcome, nice bike :upyeah: a fly screen, for my Street Triple, from Conquest Carbon is on my shopping list. I'm really tempted by the Speed Triple but they are soooooo expensive here in Spain [​IMG]

    You getting out much in this weather? using mine for work but waiting for the dryer weather to get here....,,
