Hi All. Looking forward to participating with this fine group of individuals! I ride a 2016 1200 Thruxton R. Love it. Such a great bike for mooching on Devon A roads on a summers evening, although tonight I had my first ever mechanical DNF. Gear linkage bolt sheared leaving me 18 miles to ride home on Twisties and hills in 4th gear. No worries, the torque and clutch did enough with plenty to spare. I've searched to see if this a common problem, and I'm not alone. Oh well, worse things happen at sea. Soon be fixed.

Greetings, @Doofus, and welcome to the forum! I had a 2016 Thruxton R, too, and loved it. But I traded it for a Speed Triple RS several years back. What color is yours? Please share a photo of it, it you would! And good luck getting it repaired.
