Good morning everyone. I bought a GT Explorer in may this year after running into the back of my friend whilst on the way to France and writing both bikes off. When I say "on the way", we were only 5 miles from home, so not a good start! My previous machine was a 2013 Trophy which I put 97,000 miles on and was uneconomical to repair. I picked up the GT and went to Holland the next day. To be honest, I would have had another Trophy, but they aren't made anymore. I went from a screen the size of a barn door to one the size of a shoebox lid. After 9 years on the Trophy and never having to clean my visor, I got a big fly on the visor within 5 miles! In june I went across to Bologna, then to Albufeira in Portugal and had a week at the Manx GP and the bike is in for its 10,000 mile service tomorrow. You could say we are "bonding". Looking forward to reading about others experiences and trips.
