Hi all I'm looking at buying a Triumph sprint st 1050 I've mentioned to many people but all seem to warn me to stay away... But are they that bad? Surely if you look after them they be be fine same with anything surely?
To me they got the looks in after and spec..

You are talking to the wrong people. You should have read MCN who proclaimed it to be the best allrounder touring bike with a sports attitude. I had two later models and four earlier models. Best machines I have ever rode. Alas the reactions these days are not as good so I reverted back to the Bonnie's. But believe me I still secretly yearn for the ST. Take one for a spin you will be addicted. Be sure to let us all know what you end up getting.
    Regards
    Joe
