Thanks for welcoming me, I have a 2010 Thunderbird LT with a pronounced squeaking in the belt. SO annoying!!!
And my arse is sore from riding, so I like to ride a lot. If it weren't for the annoying SQUEAK!

    did i say it squeaks?

I've ordered a comfort rider seat, as the YouTubers who have later models state they are comfortable, hope there actually is a difference, I'll wait the couple weeks for delivery.

Candle wax and wax crayons cure squeaking belts.

Welcome from Sunny California. I have owned belt drive bikes in the past. Belt never squeaked. Make sure it is aligned properly and that the tension is per Triumph specs. And if it was me I would replace an 8 year old belt. Not that expensive. But safety is what is most important.

I also have used aftermarket Mustang brand seats in the past. Great quality and way better comfort than OEM seats. But a bit pricy.

Welcome to the Asylum you should fit right in. To keep the inmates happy we will need photos. Don't use the black canyon's on you're belt because they are the best tasting one's.. _20180704_103448.jpg Tucker
