My dad always told me to get a Triumph..... It seemed I was always too busy with restoring Japanese classics to purchase an Imperial tool set..... 11 bikes later, 8 of which I have kept..... I have just made my Dad happy.... finally got a Triumph - Thruxton 1200R .... albeit with metric fasteners and no restoration needed.... so far so good. Looking to get some good info from the Triumph forum here. Scott
Welcome to the madhouse you should fit right in. To keep the inmates happy we will need photos. Tucker
ScottDisco. Welcome to the Family. What's kept you so long. I always listened to my Dad. And yours seem to be a very clever Man. Would love to see some pictures of the steeds in your stable. Nursey would love them aswel to assist her with our meds. Ride Safe & Enjoy. Joe.
Welcome, Scott. Now, let's get this straight. After all this time you've decided to make your dad a proud and happy man. Why so long?? And now that you have done so, you find that you still don't need any Imperial tools nor is any restoration called for. Are getting lazy or just tired and lethargic? Where is the fun in all that?? What?? You can just go and ride it?? Are you mad?? I think you may well be in need of industrial quantities of our beloved Nursey's meds. She'll be round soon - as soon as she hears of your desperate plight. Don't worry. You are safe with us. See you sometime about Weds/Thurs when you come round from the initial dose.
ScottDisco. Now you been told and we wait with baited breath to see how long it is before you get really addicted to tools and add on bits. Ride Safe Joe.
