I've just fitted a new radiator to my Rocket 3 and I'm not sure if I refill it through the radiator cap first, then the expansion tank, or just through the expansion tank, which is under a cover next to the fuel tank, it's been a complete and utter bastid to fit and the manual is in hieroglyphics.

    Cheers Jez.
It's been driving me insane trying to fit the damn thing, and I didn't do my broken toe any good doing it, but she needs fixing so she gets fixed.ASAP.

I've tried looking for a Haynes manual book with no success, I found the online pdf service manual that tells you how to remove and refit the radiator, then says refer to a previous chapter on changing the coolant. but then tells you to take it to a dealer lol.

Well that's the radiator done, it took 3 litres, then I ran the engine and let it cool down a few times and topped it up, there's no sign of any leaks, now I have to sort the foot peg and foot brake lever out, I'm going to ask a welder if it's possible to straighten the alloy lever, if not I'll need a new one, and I can't find a replacement Triumph peg so it's looking like a fleabay replacement.
