Gear problems like SteveTheGoolie said start a tech question. These peeps do know there stuff. Always works better after Nursey has been around with the meds. But what's the miles on your steed. It could be clutch plates those little steeds can tear plates up a little. Gas the bike been standing long. Worst scenario is it has been in the hands of a school boy Racer who thinks he doesn't have to use a clutch and that's not to good. But lets hope its something simple like just a new cable.
