Bought myself a Pro Works paddock stand from XL Moto a couple of weeks back and its bloody great!

You get two handles with it so you can use it front or back, and 3 different sets of lifting gadgets, L type for the swing arm, bobbin hooks and some odd looking pin type which I think must be to go in the bottom of the forks. I’ve only used the L fitting so far on the rear, but it works great and for the princely sum of £30 plus £3.95 postage, it’s a bargain too!

Do you need two of them if you want to lift the front (bike without a centrestand)?? Looks like so in the video...

Yes you would need two if you wanted to lift both ends at once, but if you only work on one end at a time, it’s ideal as you just swap the heads over.
