Hi Bry, how does that best offer work? I thought if the offer was accepted then you bought the item. Like with the bids system.

 

It does really mate, but if you turn up to collect & its not as described then you could back out of the deal. Refuse to pay the balance & make a claim through ebay/paypal to reclaim your deposit if the seller is being an arsehole about it.
