Need help on getting a new motorcycle. I like the Indian Scout and Bonneville T100 or Street Twin . Local Triumph dealer has a few 2018 T100 and Street Twins left . What would be a fair Price ? Big changes on 2019 Street Twin I would think the dealers would be willing to deal a little more on Street Twin . Indian has 0% for 60 months so that's hard to pass up . Any thoughts ?

I'm looking at similar. Passed up on the Indian as I didn't like the small solo saddle and am working on figuring out how much I can get dealer down off a T120. Thinking about pitting 2 dealers against each other, unless I just start low balling one of them.

Hi n welcome, price should never be the factor with a motorcycle. I would ride all 3 bikes and then decide :)

    Welcome from sunny California.
One way to see bike prices is to look on the cycle trader web site. Should be able to get a 2018 street twin under 9 grand.

Concerning the 2019 street twin, it will be more costly. My opinion is that the 2019 changes are not all that impressive. A few nice things but mainly more power. But this power is at a higher redline. Peak torque is the same but the 2018 torque is at a lower rpm where you use it. Unless you redline the bike the increased power is not used. I really like my 2018 and the engine the way it is. My 2018 ST has been flawless for 1 year of ownership and 4,500 miles.

Triumph every time for me (I have a Sreet Twin) but it is personal to you. Test ride them and take into account the quality of service from the dealerships and the bikes history for reliability plus the type of riding you will be doing.
