    Hi Guys

I was wondering if any of you could help me my speed triple stalls when it is warm when I change down into a low gear and when I pull up to a junction and can be quite hard to start again, didn't know if anyone on here had a similar problem ?

Whats the year of the bike and when was it serviced last or map changed? It may just need the TPS resetting? Does its surge when holding a constant throttle at low rpm?

    Hi UKRS

It is a year 2000 w reg it was serviced in May this has developed since then and my garage that I take are suggesting I take it to a dealer as they are unsure what could cause it I will probably end up doing this but just thought I would run it by you guys in this site I did notice that when I started it from cold once it did rev at about 3000 rpm for quite awhile before it settled down .

My other half had this on her 05 speed trip. She did the ecu reset trick. Start the bike, let it warm up until the fan comes on & then time it for 13 minutes ( running) then turn it off. Basically the ecu forgets where tickover is & this just resets it.if it doesnt work at least you havent spent any money!
    Good luck

They do reset every now and again, might be worth running it on a diagnostic just to see everything is ok.
