ZXR 400 race bike

 

This is Iron Mistress and was owned by the late husband of an acquaintance over in Fountain Hills. She is elderly and had no vision of ever selling it, she loved him that much. Built by Dave Perowitz in the heyday of choppers. The detail on this show winner is over the top. Thought I'd share with the membership.

 

That is funny. I was never a chopper guy as they don't handle. I simply liked the artistic bent of this farm implement .

 

The new V-Strom, old faithful FJR1300 at the top of Bealach na Ba and Suzuki GT500 in some rare sunshine in Glenshee.

 

My trusty speed, with new Mt10, street triple rs in a fortnight.

I have a V-Strom 650 which I'll try and sell now that I have my new Tiger.

 

Thanks.... yes I'm reluctant to get rid of the Suzuki but my Tiger is better in many ways, especially performance

Finally after years of pratting about with new coil/condensor / ht leads etc etc, plus new carb I find the running problem is wrong advance springs in distributor £14.50 +vat!!!!!!
as you may guess electrics not my strong point!!

 

I like that!! In fact for some reason I like that a lot, not normally an H.D. lover, or chops/bobbers but that is different, I wouldn't mind owning and riding that, there's something different about it that attracts me to it!
