In my experience handgun accuracy deteriorates with increase in calibre. It is a low velocity and I surely would not want to be hit by one but even 9mm is pushing it slightly. The old .32ACP (7.65mm) still takes a lot of beating for multiple fast rounds on target. Blame 007!
