With your return address afixed to the Multitool. They’ll send a brand new replacement back. To the first question, but a Multitool. Warranty service is beyond belief. Collection so far runs to 15yr old leatherman wave,pulse ,micra,and surge,,,great bits of kit,,had the leatherman wave confiscated at Southampton last year going through Cunard checkin to New York,,seems I was able to carry it in my suitcase flying down from Glasgow but it’s not allowed in luggage going on ship,,paid to have it sent back on my return,,lesson learned
