when we passed Loch Earn on the Scottish Road trip a few weeks ago, i didn't see the "Mirror man" as it has been dubbed, the proper name is "Still" a statue that was erected in the Loch in 2014,The owner of the four seasons hotel commissioned the piece of work,i didn't really think much about it at the time as i thought i must have just missed it, so when me and the mrs passed the loch today while we were on the bike i looked out for it again but it wasn't there..turns out when the hotel was sold recently the statue wasn't included in the sale,..after a lot of complaints from the locals the owner of the statue is now saying he will return it to the loch but in a different location as the original location was a bit exposed to the elements
I was looking for it too! Was going to stop and take a picture, as I never do. That explains why I thought I missed it.
