This thread has been very popular on many sites so why shouldn't we have the same? so chaps what does your man cave look like? Here's my old layer to start things off..........
It's all about the man cave!! Here's mine... Excuse the junk, I'm having a sort out and putting it on eBay... :upyeah:
Yeah it must be a right struggle working on your bike Jim.... Warm, light and a bottle of wine handy.... Your missus must be a very understanding person... Lucky sod...:upyeah:
Screwball, it's a nightmare with underfloor heating!! You get a reet sweaty ass crack.... Oh the misses, yeah she's understanding alright, she left!! Ha now she understands! Lol :upyeah:
Tool much info re Ass crack....lol Was freezing my arse off in the garage the other day.... But it is my man cave and i cant remember when the wife has ever been in it apart from bringing me refreshments....Tea, beer & food.....not all at once though. tea & beer don't mix.....
A bit crowded in mine... Superduke under cover at rear DRZ & Speed at the front... Longing for a room like Jims.....
I'm gonna try and out smart mine next time by taking the picture on the wrong angle.... There is a way round everything... :upyeah:
I dont have anything as posh as you guys since we downsized last year to a modest 2 bedroom new build with limited garden space. Had to be brutal & get rid of a lot of stuff, but here is my mancave... View attachment 629 View attachment 630 Its not massive, its a modest 15' x 10' with power & light plus its warm & dry, although its like a tardis inside. Its big enough to keep my Triumph in, the lads monkey bike plus my tool chest, power tools, the wifes gardening tools, garden furniture, tumble dryer & flat screen tv to keep me company. View attachment 631 View attachment 632 View attachment 633 Admittedly its long overdue a good tidy up, "A place for everything & everything in its place" If i have any major work to do on the bike that requires more space then i will just chuck it in the back of the van & take it to the workshop at our Head Office.
After i took those pictures this morning i decided to give the cave a coat of Cuprinol.... Does exactly what it say on the tin!
looking good...Us men don't need much in life, just somewhere warm & dry to play with our toys...liking the idea of TV though, i just have a crappy radio.......
My man cave; trying to tidy the place up a bit and move my work stuff out so I can get at the bikes. Bike lift for the middle of the garage is on the shopping list.
Finally got round to tidying the garage out, built myself a super strong work bench at the back now and re-hung my Isle of Man flag ready for the TT.
