Lower heat shield

    hi all is it possible to fit an exhaust lower/heat shield from say a 2007 speed triple to a 2005? Not sure if I would need to cobble up some sort of bracket as I think the newer models have a cat? Would appreciate some advice cheers

    When you mention lower heat shield are you talking about the guard that sits below/aside of the RH rearset? If so I don't believe you could "bolt straight on" you would need to adapt it by making a mount/bracket... but if it's catching your foot/pillions leg try heat wrap as an alternative?

    Just done some digging there are some universal fit guards on the market not sure if it's of interest? [​IMG]
