Morning all Last week I became the proud owner of a beautiful white Tiger 800 XRX dwarf model. The bike was sold to me by Kevin and Eric at Triumph Newcastle and I had excellent service throughout. My previous ride was a Suzuki DL650 V-Strom. The biggest difference I’ve found is the throttle response and the way the engine picks up so easily. I’d become very used to the thrum of a twin and the new engine sounds almost sports bike-ish to me. I had a couple of great days out riding with my friends at the weekend - Kielder and Helmsley for those who know the area. It’ll take a bit of getting used to but overall I’m most impressed with the quality of the machine and am looking forward to a long hot summer of fun.
