I have just fitted a tail tidy and 4 led indicators, together with a compatible, adjustable flasher unit. Removed the alarm and the bike starts fine, as before. Tail and brake lights all ok. Fuses all ok, no displaced wires. Indicators will not flash at any setting. I tried another flasher unit and the original, still nothing. All suggestions very welcome, please!

Leds have a + and - and work only on the correct way.
I would remove 1, and try directly on a battery to check the polarity.
About adjustable flasher, I had an issue having the wrong layout model. I had a JL02 and Triumph needs a GL02.
But that comes after testing the led polarity

Well done my friend. I have substituted the flasher relay and I now have 4x working indicators. I had to remove the idiot light from the dash, because it was making all 4 flash together. I now need to find a way to give me a warning light. I'm guessing that if I fit an LED, it will now only flash for left OR right?

Happy that worked. I wonder why the dashboard light shortcut the blinker button.
I'll try to understand with the schematic.
