Hi have a 70s 750 the kick start ratchet doesn't work but if I remove the washer that goes behind the spring it works any one expierianced this? Thanks in advance
new one on me,lol. I had a 78 bonnie and had to replace the ratchet but I cant recall how the spring fitted after all those years.Would a spray of wd40 help it,maybe it is just very dry and sticking. If it works without the washer and you can use the bike i would be inclined to leave it out tbh. That is just the cowboy coming out in me tho.
